Inventory - setup and configuration

To access inventory records, use the following Navigator menu paths:

Point of Sale> Inventory

OR

Inventory and Purchases > Inventory

The following topics detail pre-requisite setup or configuration tasks required for inventory features:

• Setting up main and sub-categories
• Setting up a default inventory template
• Setting up a disassembly routine
• Setting up a catch weight item

Not all users have access privileges for editing inventory items. See Setup Tools> Setup Wizard> Users and Security.
