For an invoice that sells firearms, there is a need to flag the invoice that form 4473 is required. With the use of invoices subtypes previously configured in Setup Wizard and Invoice Setup, you need to select in the subtype dropdown, shown in Figure 1, the designation or information that should prompt the web application that this invoice is requiring form 4473.
