Firearms E4473 Seller Info

In this section of the Setup Wizard, a user can store information as needed by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) form 4473 in the United States like the FFL (Federal Firearms License) name, address, and a part of your FFL numbers. The FFL name, as noted in the field Trade/Corporate Name can be a name of an individual or a company name. The address is being noted by the fields Trade/Corporate Address, Zip Code, City, and State.

Federal Firearms License #

A Federal Firearms License (FFL) is a license allowing an individual or a company to involve in a business pertaining to firearms. An FFL number is normally a 15-digit number but will only require the first 3 and last 5 digits of the license number.

You may add multiple FFL numbers by entering the numbers in the field provided as shown in Figure 1 and click the [Add] button.

As a way of tracking down invoices with items that require E4473 form and those have been completed, there is a need to set a specific identification using a letter from A to Z which will correspond to a certain invoice subtype. Requires E4473 field is the subtype that will be used to represent an invoice requirement, that certain item within the invoice is requiring the form and the E4473 Complete field is the subtype which will identify that the item within the invoice already has form E4473 filled out prior. Invoices under these subtypes will then be loaded into the E4473 Application Web to generate the required E4473 form for the buyer and seller.
