The Use Price Scheduled for Quantity Discounts checkbox on the Rentals page, shown in Figure 1, is a functionality that automates the POS to apply different price schedules if they rent items in larger quantities.

Once done with the configuration, a new field -' Rental Quantity' will be available for rental items in the Rental Rates tab (See Figures 3 and 4 below).

The price schedules will be used automatically at POS when renting items. Just watch the price change to use the appropriate price schedule when the specified quantities are exceeded.
Note: This option requires the use of price schedules and is unchecked by default.
