The Use Price Schedules with Rental Rates check box on the Rentals page, shown in Figure 1, provides the ability to use all of the System Five price schedules in combination with rental rates. It is clear by default to simplify the setup of rental rates. However, if different rental rates need to be defined for each price schedules, check this option and the Rental Rates tab in the Inventory Details window will offer a drop down list containing each of the price schedules configured in the system.

Important Note: Departmentalized price schedules are not currently supported in the Rentals module
