To view rental inventory that is overdue for return so you can take action to encourage returns or renew a booking, select Rentals > Overdue from the Navigator menu, as shown in Figure 1.

This command puts the focus on the Rentals window - Overdue tab displaying a list of all the items currently rented out but not returned by the due date and time in Invoice and Item modes, so you can View all rentals overdue for return.
