To view a list of rental items that have been reserved but not picked up so you can cancel the reservation or encourage pick up, select Rentals > No Shows from the Navigator menu, as shown in Figure 1.

This command puts the focus on the Rentals window - No Shows tab displaying a list of all the items currently reserved but not picked up by the booked date Invoice and Item modes, so you can View all no shows for rental pick up.
