Some window functions work in relation to the window's Toolbar. Click Toolbar to view detailed information about the Toolbar button options.
The List of Purchase Orders window - filters are shown in Figure 1.

Purpose |

PO Number |
Filters on the purchase order number. If you know the exact PO number that you are looking for enter it here. |

Supplier |
Filters the purchase orders based on the selected supplier. |

Part Number |
Filters the purchase orders based on the part number entered. This requires tyou to find an actual COMPLETE part number before any Purchase Orders corresponding to the query are displayed. The Live Serarch feature doesn't work with this filter. |

Lookup Word |
Filters the purchase orders based on the Lookup word entered. |
|
Live Search |
When checked, the Live Search check box causes the system to perform a search each time the value in one of the filters changes. When the box is NOT checked, the system waits until the <ENTER> key on the keyboard is pressed before performing the search. This is true of all filters except Part Number. |

PO's Found |
This caption displays the number of purchase orders found that match the filters. |
