The Toolbar

The List of Purchase Orders window - Toolbar shown in Figure 1, located across the top of the window and detailed in Table 1.

Button	Purpose
[Ok]	The button either returns the selected purchase order number or opens the selected purchase order in the mode that is appropriate for the purchase order's current status. The action is dependant on which System Five module opened the window.
[Exit]	The button closes the window.
[Last 50]	The button lists the last 50 purchase orders created in the system.
[Find for Job]	Requires Job Costing Use this button to locate purchase orders assigned to a specific job.
[Edit]	Similar to the [Ok], this button opens the selected purchase order in the mode that is appropriate for it's status.
[New PO]	The button creates a new purchase order. The Find Supplier window appears prior to the Purchase Order window.
[Help]	The button displays this document.
