To view a list of rental inventory to be returned, select Rentals > Returns from the Navigator menu, as shown in Figure 1.

The command displays puts the focus on the Rentals window - Returns tab displaying a list of all the items that are due to return in Invoice and Item modes, so you can View and return rentals scheduled for return.
If a rental item was returned BEFORE the rental invoice was 'renewed', the original invoice will retain that item's start/end dates. Likewise, if an item has had the "Do not recalculate" check box selected for the invoice line, its start/end dates will also remain unchanged when the renewal is processed.
Note: Items other than manually modified or returned items that are processed will have their prices/start/end times updated to match the start/end time for the invoice.
