The Inventory Details window - Comments Lookup Words sub-tab, shown in Figure 1, provides a very powerful method of grouping and organizing your Inventory Parts. The Lookup Words can be used on Reports and as a method of lookup in Part Find. How you choose to use Lookup Words for your inventory is entirely at your discretion. In some cases, you may be looking for a type of item that could be in several different categories and just want a list of all that may apply. For example, if you categorize your inventory into hand, gas and electric tools and you have both gas and electric chain saws, by adding the Lookup Word CHAINSAW to all of the Chain Saws you carry, you can search for Chain Saws using the Lookup Words to see a list of both types.
