The Health Billing Reference Numbers tab is only available when the customer is setup as a Payee by adding PAYEE to the customer's Lookup Word. The Reference Numbers tab, as shown in Figure 1, is where the reference/claim number range, provided by the Payee, is entered.

Start Range is the first number in the sequence, End Range is the last number in the sequence and Last is the last reference number used on an invoice. Each time a claim number is used, the last value will be incremented.
The Year End Dates tab, as shown in Figure 2, is where the Year End Dates for the Payee's reference/claim number range is set.
