Barcode Labels refer to the labels that are printed on special types of printers that require a cryptic set of print codes to generate professional quality labels and signs. There are numerous manufactures of these special purpose printers and almost as many different cryptic print codes. System Five provides the ability to enter the required print codes in combination with are own special notations in order to produce professional quality signs and labels. It is beyond the scope of this Help file to instruct you on the use of any of the print code programming languages, however we have included a few examples to help show you how to setup print code definitions for various makes and models of printer.
The Barcode Label print code input section can be accessed via the following Navigator menu path:
Setup Tools > Setup Wizard > Form Layouts > Barcode Labels, as shown in Figure 1.
