The columns tab allows for customizing the Unit List report columns. The available fields, as shown in Figure 1, are on the far left. The left and right red arrow buttons remove and add items while the up and down red arrow buttons change the order of items in the grid. Various attributes can be set using the options on the right side of the tab.
The Available field list is detailed in Table 1.

Last Maintenance Date |
This column will report the date of the last Preventative Maintenance Date performed on a unit, as shown below. Note: if you design a report and save the settings, then go into Setup Wizard and delete and add new maintenance types, the report columns will refer to the new maintenance types added (the report tracks the maintenance type by position in the list of maintenance types) |
