The New Form dialog box

The New Form/Label dialog box provides multiple methods of creating new forms or labels in System Five. The interface is the same whether you are creating a new Form or a new Label. The only thing that changes is the content and the references to the type of design, either Form or Label. An example of the New Form/Label dialog box is shown in Figure 1.
