Inventory
- Rent serialized or non-serialized items.
- Completely customizable and flexible pricing by time and date periods.
Invoicing
- Record the time out and estimated time in.
- Each item on the invoice can be rented out or returned at different times or all together.
- Price on rental agreement shows all hourly/daily rates.
- Price on completed invoice shows time out/in and how the price was determined.
- Price is calculated to give the customer the best price based on the hourly/daily rates.
- Price can be overridden by salesman.
- Rental items can be sold, taking the item out of stock.
- Renting an item does not take the item out of stock - availability and stock are two different issues.
Reservations
- Reservations for items can be made easily using the reservation calendar.
- Reservation calendar shows currently reserved, rented, no shows, and overdue items.
- Rental Stock from other departments can be included in the item list.
- Overdue list shows list of items that are overdue for pick up, and what conflicts they are creating.
- No show list show list of items and customers that have not picked up their reserved items.
- Reservation list shows list of all items that are rented out, to be picked up, to be returned for the day.
Over booking
- Over booking of items is allowed and you are informed in a Conflicts report so you make decisions closer to the pickup time such as sub-contracting, purchasing new stock, moving regular stock into your rental pool or substituting items. These decisions are best made by you and your staff who know your product and who know your customers.
Reporting
- The Rental Invoice report provides invoice line details for your rental items, serialized stock and units.
- The Rental Utilization report provides time, dollar and cost utilization for your rental items, serialized stock and units.
