The information entered in the Inventory Details window - Comments Purchase Printed sub-tab, shown in Figure 1, is automatically added to your Purchase Orders as a line comment. These comments are intended to provide your Suppliers with any additional information required to ensure that the correct items are supplied. Furniture stores as an example, often use this comment to order sofas and love seats with the correct fabric, grade, and color.
