Print Preview

The Print Preview screen allows you to view a report or other paper-generated output before you send it off to your printer. This way you can be certain that it looks the way you want before you print it.

The Top Buttons

• Print: This prints the pages shown.
• Print Setup: This brings up the Windows print setup screen. You can select which printer you wish to use here, along with other options.
• Prev Page: This moves onto the previous page of the report.
• Next Page: This moves onto the next page of the report.
• Magnify Button: This button zooms the screen in.
• Demagnify Button: This button zooms the screen out.
