RENTAL RETD

This item prints the Rental Time In or Return Time. The data source is the Invoice record.

RENTAL OUT

This item prints the Rental Time Out or Rented Time. The data source is the Invoice record.

MINIMUM CHARGE

This prints the current Minimum Charge value for each item as specified on the rental rates tab of the inventory window. If the Minimum Rate has been selected for inclusion in the rental Printing Options, then it will not be included if already an invoice column.

RENTAL RATE 1

This will print the lowest current rental rate, based on time duration and the Invoice Column option in the Setup Wizard, using the current value as specified on the rental rates tab of the inventory window. If rental Rates have been selected for inclusion in the rental Printing Options, then this rate will not be included in the comment.

RENTAL RATE 2

This will print the second lowest current rental rate, based on time duration and the Invoice Column option in the Setup Wizard, using the current value as specified on the rental rates tab of the inventory window. If rental Rates have been selected for inclusion in the rental Printing Options, then this rate will not be included in the comment.

RENTAL RATE 3

This will print the third lowest current rental rate, based on time duration and the Invoice Column option in the Setup Wizard, using the current value as specified on the rental rates tab of the inventory window. If rental Rates have been selected for inclusion in the rental Printing Options, then this rate will not be included in the comment.

RENTAL RATE 4

This will print the fourth lowest current rental rate, based on time duration and the Invoice Column option in the Setup Wizard, using the current value as specified on the rental rates tab of the inventory window. If rental Rates have been selected for inclusion in the rental Printing Options, then this rate will not be included in the comment.
