Inventory Transfer Account Overview

If you are using the department system, Transfer Invoices are used to transfer inventory from one department to another.

There are two types of transfer invoices

1. Internal Transfers from one department to another.
2. Transfers to other companies where you would expect payment for the items, but you are selling at cost and do not want to show any income.
