Inventory Serial Numbers tab

Topic Overview

The Inventory Details window - Serial Numbers tab in the displays information about the serial numbers for the current inventory record. The tab is only visible for inventory parts that are serialized.

The tab has four buttons that allow you to switch to four different modes as follows:

• Serial Numbers - Show Available
• Serial Numbers - Show Sold/On Hold
• Serial Numbers - Hold Serials
• Serial Numbers - Serial History

By default it opens in the Show Available mode as shown in Figure 1.

Some tab functions work in relation to the window's Toolbar. Click Toolbar to view detailed information about the Toolbar button options.
