The Customer promotion point balance reset is to reset all unclaimed Customer Promotion Reward Points, the purpose of this is to let the System Five offset the remaining point balances, See Image at Customer - financial tab,. See image for Point Reset Utility Figure 2,. below

The Settings Button leads you to setup before viewing.
Start Date - Let you choose what Start Date you want to view a report.
End Date - Let you choose what End Date it stop.

This option will display the point which is Reset already, if nothing will display it means the Point Balance are not yet Reset. |

This is the report if not yet Reset, as you can see the Reset column is still zero and it's easy also to determined that this is not been reset because the Undo Reset is not yet visible, when you click the Reset it will create an opposite status on the next row. See image as shown in Figure 3,. Below

This report is now Reset by this you can see on the 2nd row, the System Five create a opposite negative value to make the Point balance zero. If you want to press the Undo Reset the negative value of the report will be removed and the value back at the start. See Figure 2.
