The Customer Details window - Information tab displays the name, address, phone number, e-mail address, web address and other basic information. The state/province and ZIP/Postal can be blank.
System Five interfaces to Microsoft dialer, which must be configured for each machine and phone system. To use the autodialer to contact the customer currently displayed in this tab, double-click on the phone number text box. Interfaces to Microsoft dialer, must be configured for each machine and phone system. See Setup Wizard >Local Telephone Exchange.

The Customer Time Zone can be set by pressing the
button and selecting from the resulting popup window (Figure 2)

The Local Offset value is the difference between the Customer's selected Time Zone and the System Five User's Time Zone. (or local PC time if the user has no Time Zone value set).
The Local Offset displayed is colored based on the difference between customer and local time as follows:
0 hrs difference = Black (If shown)
> 0 hrs and < 2 hrs difference = Blue
>= 2 and < 3 hrs difference = Green
>= 3 hrs difference = Red
Note: The Time Zone data is provided as is, the items in the dropdown lists CANNOT BE CHANGED or future updates to the database will not work.

System Five has a Paste from Clipboard function that supports data from several web sources.
For example, you are copying customer information from Google Maps (see Figure 3) ; paste the information in the Web Site field and System Five automatically pops up the Paste information on clipboard as customer window.
Click Yes and the information you copied will automatically populate the customer fields. (see Figure 4)
You can also automatically fax or email the invoice form to a customer by adding the fax or email address to the customer invoice forms setup.
