In the Customer Details window - Extra Information tab (also known as our free form window) you can define headings for things you need to keep track of that we had not thought of or added into the software. For example, a salon or hair stylist may want to keep track of personal information such as hair color, eye color and height where this information would not normally be recorded by other types of companies. This allows you to customize the software somewhat to your own needs.
To change the headings, check the headings check box and type away.
Note: You should only change the headings once, when you first start up the system. The headings you enter here apply to all customers even if no data is entered. If you change the headings after you have entered data into the system, you might find that a customer has blue hair and blonde eyes, not what you would normally expect. Be careful.
