The Settings tab, as shown in Figure 1, is used to define how the Aged A/P Report will function.

The Aged A/P report can be run by either Book Month, as shown in Figure 1, or by Bill Date, as shown in Figure 2.

The report settings for both options are detailed in Table 1.

Alternate A/P |
Check the check box to include the Alternate A/P in the report. |
Show Outstanding Bills |
Check the check box to include outstanding bills in the report. |
Show Future Aged Column |
Check the check box to include a Future Aged Column in the report. |
Show discount information |
Check the check box to include three discount related columns in the report. This check box is only available if you have Show Outstanding Bills checked. |
Show Advances |
Check this option to show Advances on the report. Advances are reported as negative values to be consistent with credits. This option is only available if Advances have been setup in the Setup Wizard. |
Date (Book Month or Bill Date) |
Selecting Book Month will calculate aging periods based on book month. Selecting Bill Date will calculate aged A/P based on the bill due date. |
Book Month |
Use the up and down arrows to select the Book Month to report on. This option is only available when the Date option is set to Book Month. When the date option is set to Bill Date then this file is used to set the bill date. |
Period 1, 2 and 3 |
When the Date option is set to Bill Date then each period length can be changed. If the period sequence is invalid then a warning will be displayed, as shown in Figure 3.

Department |
These fields appear if you have a multiple department setup. Click the down-arrow and select the department you want to report on from the list OR check the All Departments check box to report on all departments. |
